CELIM Albania in partnership with Akzm (National Agency for Protected Areas) are responsible for the implementation of the Acap project (Community Action for Protected Areas, ref. AID – 011521) funded by Aics (Italian Agency for Development Cooperation).

In line with the objective of promoting Res technologies in order to reduce the environmental impact of Medium and Small Enterprises operating in Protected Areas, this call for proposals is published in order to sign a contract for the installation of

12 (twelve) solar-photovoltaic plants (on and off grid)

for 12 beneficiaries (Small and Medium Enterprises) operating in the Protected Areas of Albania (Bredhi i Hotovës – Dangëlli, Përmet – Tomorri National Park, Berat – Llogara National Park and Karaburun, Vlora).

Interested companies can submit bids for solar (photovoltaic) plants for electricity with parameters according to Annex B of the call for tender, suitable for developing countries like Albania, with simple spare parts and that can be found easily and quickly by the selected company.

Interested companies must provide quality guarantee and technical assistance for at least 5 years from installation.

CELIM will apply the principles of equal and non-discriminatory treatment, in accordance with the principles of transparency and fair competition. All eligible suppliers, whether natural or legal persons, domestic or foreign, will have the same competitive opportunities.

The selection criterion will be the most cost-effective offer.
