CELIM Kenya, in collaboration with its project partners, intends to commission the supply and installation of three (3) ecological coffee wet mill plants in selected coffee cooperatives located in Kiambu and Embu Counties, through a competitive local open tender process.
This activity is part of the AICS-funded project “Caffè Corretto – Right Coffee: Development of sustainable, inclusive and innovative coffee value chain” AID012590/07/9, which aims to significantly reduce the environmental impact of coffee wet processing in the target cooperatives. The intervention responds to the need to improve resource efficiency, particularly in water and energy usage, within existing processing systems.
